She was acknowledged by her peers as a 2014 and a 2015 Super Lawyer, she received the designation of 2014 Florida Legal Elite, and she has been awarded the prestigious AV Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is a testament to the fact that her peers rank her at the highest level of professional excellence. She is also a member of the Class of 2015 for Leadership Manatee, a program designed to expose current and future leaders to all aspects of Manatee County. When Erika is not practicing law, she is traveling to rowing competitions to cheer on her niece or she is spending time with her while watching movies with their dog, Jojo.
